How does the Mag3 Charger Work?
The Mag3 charger has all the magic – i.e. electronics – all bundled inside the product; completely invisible. It has a wireless charging MagSafe compatible module inside the head, allowing you to charge seamlessly.
We also have two USB-C ports – one which shares power with the MagSafe (meaning it’s power can drop when the MagSafe charger is in use), and one that provides uninterrupted power straight from the Tesla console, allowing constant high speed charging.
I don’t have an iPhone - now what?
The wireless charger we have works with multiple phones – any phone with wireless charging capability is enabled. Our Mag3 charger comes with a magnetic steel ring to be put on the back of any phone or phone case, turning any phone into a Mag3 compatible phone. If you don’t have wireless charging on your device, you can still use the Mag3 as an incredibly convenient phone mount.
What makes your products better than literally everyone else?
The design process for our products is incredibly robust – we aren’t here to slap a label on a half baked idea. We’ve introduced a proprietary double hinge mechanism to give rotation and tilting capability without the loosening that comes with a ball joint. With reliability testing experience drawn straight from the highest quality consumer electronics suppliers in the world, we are looking to make sure our product lasts forever. That means our USB-C cables never fray out, and the MagSafe mount never gets loose.
What car models does this charger fit on?
The Mag3 Charger is engineered to precisely fit the Tesla Model 3 (2021–2023) and Model Y (2021–2024) consoles, plus a dedicated version for the Model 3 Highland (2024+) and Model Y (2025+). If your vehicle isn’t listed but you’re interested in a custom solution, contact our team.
What is the warranty like?
We include a 90-day limited warranty covering defects under normal use, such as hinge issues or charging performance problems. If a defect arises, we’ll send a replacement — just return the original unit.
What if I want to return it?
Within the first 30 days of the product delivery, if you don’t like it, or it’s broken in shipping, you can just reach out to our team at [email protected] and we’ll arrange a return for you, free of charge. We’ll send you a mailing slip, you just slap it on the box and send it back our way Just hold onto the box so shipping the part back to us is no hassle.
