The Mag3 is currently an early‑stage concept. This website is used to present the idea, gather interest, and evaluate demand. All designs, photos, features, and pricing may change. Nothing here guarantees future production or availability. If pre‑orders are ever offered, they will be covered by separate terms.

2. Orders, Payments & Pricing

If purchasing becomes available, placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may correct pricing or cancel orders when needed. Prices are shown in $currency$ and may not include shipping or taxes.

3. Shipping & Delivery (Future State)

Shipping timelines will be estimates only. Risk transfers to you once the carrier accepts the package. We’re not responsible for delays, customs issues, or incorrect addresses.

4. Prototype / Pre‑Order Disclaimer (If Used)

If pre‑orders are offered, they are not guarantees of delivery. Features and dates may change, quantities may be limited, and refunds may be issued if production doesn’t continue.

5. Returns & Refunds

A return policy will apply only once products are actually sold. Until then, no return obligations exist.

6. Warranty

No warranty is offered at this development stage. If products are later produced, a limited manufacturing warranty will be provided and explained separately in the FAQ. 

7. Product Compatibility & Use

Compatibility information is preliminary and may change. Users are responsible for proper installation and safe use. Damage caused by misuse or modification is not our responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, concepts, and designs on this site belong to The Mag3. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse content without permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to hack, scrape, submit false information, or use the site for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
